Job Summary

Principal Accountabilities

  • Send weekly recap of Sell-thru and account status
  • Ability to work inter-departmentally for deal shaping and creative solutions.
  • Resolve customer service inquires, by coordinating with the R&I, Brand, and SCM Teams
  • Maintain an suitable, professional, and amicable relationship with all Amazon team members and Agency representatives
  • Organize elements of data being received by the Amazon and agencies and relay it internally
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis of beauty brands and trends within the market
