Your New Role...
To support the warehouse activities that support Warner Bros. flagship NY store, and our North American ecommerce operations.
Our goal is to improve support to the store, improve the efficiency and timing of deliveries, and fulfil ecommerce orders in the local market.
This role will focus on processing incoming purchase orders, putting stock away, picking stock to support store and ecommerce orders, and dispatching orders to our Flagship store.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Accept, check, and receive incoming orders from suppliers into our warehouse. This includes ensuring records are accurate and correct.
- Put away orders into racking in a safe and efficient way.
- Accurately pick orders for stores and ecommerce operation.
- Prepare and dispatch replenishment orders.
- Report any discrepancies in stock levels to the Warehouse Management team and support and assist on all inventory counts.
- Adhere to all H&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Well organized and focused.
- Able to prioritize workloads.
- Able to communicate with colleagues.
- Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
- Maintain minimal shrinkage through the efficient handling of product and packaging.
- Experience of working in a warehouse (or similar) operation a plus.
- Use of plant machinery including (but not limited to) forklifts, high reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training on our specific machinery will be provided) a plus.
- Interest in film and television, and if possible, Warner Bros.’ Wizarding World franchise (desirable).

Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate performs receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing and shipping activities. Also responsible for counter sales, housekeeping and related quality assurance activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESRestock parts on manufacturing floor as needed from main warehouse.Handle all incoming shipments.
Perform verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into client’s computer system.Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate.
Place received material, after segregating backorders, into proper warehouse storage locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate material and notify management of new bon / table locations.
Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket.Maintain appropriate forms pending return of material.
Inspect condition of returned material prior to completing return authorization forms.Pull stock and return it to the correct location pending credit memo, sale or return to supplier.
Clean warehouse and trucking / parking area.Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves and tables as needed.Administer preventative maintenance programs to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety practices for warehouse operations.
Record verbal / written complaints from customers concerning dissatisfaction with product or service provided. Process the complaint by responding to the customer with the action taken to correct the problem or directing the complaint department supervisor / manager where necessary.

Job Summary :
The Warehouse Agent is responsible for receiving, stocking, inventory management, pulling and shipping customer owned material, including performing all systematic transactions for assigned duties in the appropriate system based on the customer /
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receive, ship, select, inventory and store supplies, merchandise and equipment in the warehouse.
- Load and unload item to a more specialist function, such as storing and shipping serialized electronics.
- Understand the SLA of the accounts assigned.
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet drivers and hand carts.
- LTL shipping and TMS understanding of BOL’s.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of storage / handling techniques and safety regulations
- Knowledge of warehouse management system
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Forklift certification preferred
- 3+ years of related experience preferred

A Little About Your Day :
- From day to day, you will assist in preparing orders and delivering them to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- You will send all picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage, and then move the completed orders to appropriate shipment locations.
- Operating with a strong sense of urgency, you will serve as a company liaison for the customer by delivering all orders safely and on-time.
- To maximize accuracy, you will perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork and loaded product and communicating discrepancies directly to dispatchers / supervisors.

- At least one year of warehouse or distribution center experience and three years of prior commercial driving experience and deliveries.
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver’s license with a record of sustained safe driving.
- A Commercial Driver’s License (A or B) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manages warehouse inventory and maintains the database.
- Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage.
- Controls daily flow of products by modifying storage space.
- Confirms availability of items to be delivered by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
- Identifies and reports slow-moving products and, with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
- Takes and directs deliveries to store products in identified areas.
- Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets as needed.
- Operates hand truck as needed.
- Documents all activities and completes forms and reports.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license for van needed.
- At least one year of work experience in a warehouse is necessary.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
