Our Distribution Center is hiring Order Fillers, Receivers, Shippers, and Stockers!

Multiple shifts are available!

Job Positions and Duties May Include :

Receiving : Utilize forklift, and / or other power equipment to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.

Stocking : Use of RF Scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory freight in preparation of order picking while on foot or reach lift.

Order Filling : Use Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift.

Shipping : Operate forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers.

SUMMARY

The Order Selector accurately selects items and packs them into the correct cartons for shipment to the stores.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize a Radio Frequency headset to receive instruction and give information via voice command. Walks along conveyor system selecting items from shelving based on the instruction received from the headset.

Equipment-certified Selectors will operate a double jack to drive to locations in order to select items for the order.

• Make up cardboard boxes or lift plastic totes onto rollers for orders.
• Maintain a clean working area throughout the shift by stacking pallets and picking up debris.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Order Selectors are required to complete all store assignments within a required time.
• Able to work effectively for significant periods of time both in a location with little interpersonal contact, as well as in close proximity to others.
• Regular and Predictable Attendance
• Comfortable with working at elevated altitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift between 25-50 pounds unassisted
• Able to stand and / or walk on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Able to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Able to push boxes and / or totes which may weigh up to 50 pounds via a line with rollers.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Education Minimum : High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience Minimum : Warehouse experience

Range of Pay for Position (Final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications) : $18.00-$24.00

Perks : Daily Overtime Entry Level Long Term Assignment

As a Warehouse Associate, you will :

• Clean-up left-over product around tanks and other equipment.
• Operate forklift to support production on a daily basis.
• Stack bags of product in a concise and consistent manner.
• Cross-train with other departments to provide consistency throughout the Company.
• Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.
• Available for overtime work on a scheduled or call-in basis, as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager / supervisor.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

• A high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Basic operating knowledge of augers, belt-driven machinery, elevators, and other equipment used in the production process.

Pay Rate : $16.00 / hr regular pay $24.00 / hr overtime pay
