Warehouse Associate : *Picks up the required cases of product and loads them onto pallets.*Delivers completed order(s) to the appropriate loading area.
- Reviews orders specifications to load to ensure case count is accurate.*Loads and unloads trucks & trailers.*Moves product, shells and pallets throughout the warehouse.
- General warehousing includes, but are not limited to, pallets, shells, dock loading, dock unloading, general warehousing, production forklift, truck stripping, replenishing, general utility responsibilities, picking product, recycling, repack and general cleaning.
- Maintain and handle large moving piece of equipment in an efficient and safe manner. Company certification of qualification to operate must be achieved / received.
- Cleans loading area by disposing of trash in designated receptacle(s).*Performs other job-related duties as assigned. *Equivalent of high school diploma or + years experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent job duties.
- Experience utilizing a pallet jack required.*Experience utilizing various warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, shrink wrap machinery.

Warehouse Coordinator

Position Overview
- The warehouse coordinator is responsible for all shipping and receiving activities at the branch warehouse as well as the management and upkeep of the warehouse environment.
- The warehouse coordinator reports into the regional manager or the warehouse supervisor (if applicable).
- Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will have daily interaction with branch staff, and acts as a service provider to branch operations thereby taking some local direction from operations management.
Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :
- receiving inbound deliveries
- posting of all goods receipts (including subcontracts),
- moving parts and materials into inventory and / or job stock,
- picking parts and materials for outbound deliveries,
- processing all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, creating shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application, supporting the service van parts
- replenishment process, keeping accurate inventory levels and participating in the inventory count process as dictated by policy / procedure, executing the goods return procedure for the branch, communicating with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project / service demand, retaining documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory, general housekeeping of the warehouse, enforcing and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhering to standard warehouse guidelines, and following the Siemens' policies.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience :
- High School Diploma
- Detail oriented, accurate and organized
- Computer skills a must Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),
- SAP experience IM and WM modules
- Good written and verbal communication
- Material handling skills / experience movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment
- Experience using a forklift (certification needed)
- Safety first attitude
- Customer service approach responsive and thorough
- Self-directed ability to work independently (supervised remotely)
Preferred Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- 3 years experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function
- Variety of supply chain management experience
- Experience working with cross-functions (e.g. project managers, service technicians)
- Customer service experience
- SAP experience other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)

Warehouse Specialist

SUMMARY : WR has an opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist to receive, store, move, and distribute materials.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :
- Fill requisitions, work orders, and / or requests for materials and distribute items to designated personnel.
- With assistance, load, unload, and check in materials.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers and mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Electronically record amount of materials or items received or distributed.
- Assist with counting of physical inventory.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two (2)+ years of warehouse experience, to include :
- Performing inventory
- Staging
- Packing
- Storage and shipping of electronic equipment and related material
- Operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment
- Utilizing a computer-based inventory and bar coding system for entry, identification and tracking of material
