WAREHOUSE MANAGER
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supporting all activities and systems within the purchasing / warehouse department for Dreamscape’s new Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
The position will manage warehouse staff, vehicles, and other equipment, and oversee security, sanitation, and administrative functions.
ROLES EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following :
- Maintain exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Managing inventory levels, overseeing the receiving and shipping of products, and ensuring that the warehouse runs efficiently and effectively.
- Create and implement new solutions for a more efficient and streamlined process for the warehouse operations.
- Simplify the warehouse protocols.
- Work with the installers and techs to keep them accountable for the items they are using for jobs, including the returns when brought back to the warehouse.
- Minimize waste on materials purchased and returned as well as assist in monitoring company costs for material purchases.
- Work with buyers and department leaders to obtain all items needed to fulfill operational needs.
- Create a cohesive team that works together to keep our process efficient and effective.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSABILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive with an attention to detail.

Position Purpose :
Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Position Purpose :
Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities :
The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :
- Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
- Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
- Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.

- Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route / run list.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Performs end of shift tasks such as : charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintains orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and / or acts immediately.
