Warehouse - Night Warehouse Team Leader
Summary :
This position leads and coaches the night warehouse team members to select, replenish, and load product for customer orders safely, accurately and efficiently.
The night warehouse team leader offers the support in order to achieve accurate receiving and proper scanning during replenishments.
What you’ll do :
- Engage team members to consistently achieve and / or exceed individual performance goals and objectives by positively leading by example.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles for teams and individual team members.
- Fully support the consistent application of all policies, procedures, and guidelines while leading by example and consistently and effectively communicating expectations to team members.
- Responsible for associate development through positive coaching and training on policy & procedures and equipment.
- Proactively identifies safety hazards and either resolves them or reports them to the safety manager as appropriate. Accountable for maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse and its equipment.
Leads team and individuals to support assigned daily / weekly cleaning schedules and plans.
- Works with operations management team to lead initiatives to reduce damages while ensuring teams and individuals accurately report and record damaged inventory items.
- Is proactively engaged in coaching individual team members to accurately use voice and computer systems which in turn reduce mis-picks, improve inventory accuracy through accurate replenishments and picking, and support a more accurate and balanced incentive program.

Warehouse Associate
Description :
This IS A GENERAL LABOR TYPE WAREHOUSE POSITION.
- 30% is hard labor, wrapping Copiers tightly to ship on trailers.
- The rest of the day is unboxing copiers and parts, preparing copiers to be rolled into the shop.
- There will a lot of bending, twisting. pushing and pulling. Must be able to wrap and have previous warehouse experience.
- This can be light or heavy work. Very little of the day is sitting or standing taking tape off copiers to go into the shop.
- Team lifting is required on anything over 50 lbs. Machine lifting occurs with the heavy copiers and may require forklifting. If needed we will train.
- No experience is required just an ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and a desire to work in a fast paced environment that is not 100% climate controlled.
- Will be in and out of trailers.
Need people who can work required schedule and have good attendance, cross train and want to be part of the client's team.
Shift Information :
- Must be able to start as early as 6a but may be 7a start.
- Job requires flexibility in start time and end of day.
- Most days start time will be 7 : 00 AM and working till 3 : 30. One half hour lunch and a 15 minute break in the morning and one 15 minute break in the afternoon.
- Overtime may be required. Saturday work is rare but also may be needed.
- Coming into heavy season and OT may be required.
- Need someone flexible with time and overtime.

High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for performing various warehousing tasks
- Position requires ability to complete assigned tasks and handle multiple product types
- Position is labor intensive
- Adheres to OSHA regulations in performing work tasks
- Efficiently completes all activities assigned by warehouse supervisor or Team Lead
- Responsible for maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse
- Will be required to work at a rapid pace to meet work deadlines
- Must have ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes
- Jobs can include shipping, receiving, stocking order pulling, material handling, loading and unloading trucks
- Can be required to operate powered and non-powered Material Handling equipment (Training can be required)
- Responsible to adhere to all OSHA requirements (training will be provided)
- Ensures all paperwork is completed and properly processed
