Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the inventory of the Warehouse and the daily transfer of HVAC freight and materials in a fast-paced environment.
The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, pick, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships that carries multiple brands of equipment, parts and supplies.
Essential Duties / Accountabilities
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Pick and verify orders for customers. NOTE : Baker has set Production Standards the employee will be required to meet on a weekly basis.
The employee will receive additional information about Production Standards requirements during the interview process and after hire.
- Conduct Quality Inspections to verify / ensure the products being received, picked and shipped are accurate.
- Daily loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery to customers and / or other Sales Centers.
- Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise.
- Prepare orders for shipment as needed.
- Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance.
- Assist management with inventory counts and provide daily upkeep of the Warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities
- Prep all jobs and ensure all jobs have all materials needed and windows and doors meet quality standards and have proper extra’s (grids, tempered glass etc.) before they go out
- Organize all materials - structural mulls, interior trim, PT lumber and brickmould. Cut as needed prior to job and materials being given to a crew
- Help with ordering all miscellaneous materials for installers and service techs, try to source the most cost-effective materials we can
- Help with monthly inventory count
- Safeguard all inventory and supplies
- Receive all materials, check for accuracy, and notify management of any issues
- Set up and take down displays at events, rent truck as needed
- Keep warehouse and outside areas clean and organized
- Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Perform caps and covers on jobs if needed
- Counts, examines and otherwise verifies packaging and contents for conformance to company specifications.
- Compares items packed with customer's order and other identifying data.
- Examines delivery schedule to determine in which order products will be delivered.
- Determines how product should be loaded and secured in vehicle based on product mix and delivery schedule.
- Loads and secures products in vehicles in cooperation with crew of loaders. Scans delivery label to document placement of product onto vehicle for delivery.
Other duties may be assigned.

Warehouse - WPB
Wool Supply is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, putting stock away, picking orders, shipping and receiving, and other general warehouse tasks.
There is room for growth, with opportunities to become a counter or inside salesperson.
The ideal candidate will have relevant warehouse experience. Forklift, order picker, hand truck, and pallet jack experience is a plus.
The candidate should have ability to physically handle large and heavy items. Experience with plumbing supplies or building materials is beneficial.

The Store Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and stocking Automotive parts. The ideal candidate should be able to move and think quickly, able to bend at the waist and knees and climb a short ladder to reach top shelves.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Reads customer’s order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage to other designated areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders in pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Marks materials with identifying information. Open boxes, crates, and other containers.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Uses computer to enter records.
- Prepares parcels for mailing and shipment via common carrier.
- Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications :
- Good to above-average computer skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures preferred
- Reliable transportation
- High school Diploma
- Attention to detail
- Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be required

Physical Demands : Typical 9-hour day to include walking, squatting, and lifting. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
