We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will support our warehouse operation, contribute to the company growth and build successful career with our team.
Responsibilities :
- Assists in directing the shipping and receiving of the warehouse operations
- Supports efforts to teach, develop and coach team members regarding warehouse operations, including forklift driving certifications, equipment, processes, and technical knowledge of warehouse systems Implements inventory control measures and cycle counting
- Collaborates with Warehouse manager in guaranteeing precision, general warehouse maintenance and productivity levels.
- Supports efforts to evaluate daily shipment schedules while strategizing and prioritizing a daily work schedule to meet company and customer delivery requirements
- Provides input to create and manage distribution budget, variable expenses, productivity, and cost per unit load
- Collaborates in the creation and execution of department goals
- Supervises assigned warehouse employees to ensure that company procedures and policies are followed and issues disciplinary action on an as needed basis
- Supports efforts to ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a way that adheres to all Corporate Safety Policies
- Maintains all standards within the warehouse (Sanitation, OSHA, and Inventory Control)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Must know shipping and receiving, warehouse practices, procedures and regulations, and product handling
- Must have sharp computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Physical ability to work in a warehousing environment; Able to lift 50lbs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

physically demanding.
Moving tires accordingly as needed.
Unloading tires and other warehouse equipment.
Stacking and organizing tires accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Standing and walking for long periods of time
GED and / or high school diploma
Warehouse and / or moving experience

Essential Functions :
- Pick up proper selecting documents prior to order selection process.
- Select and separate warehouse product by account and stop number as designated by the computer-generated label.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude :
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere required.
- Previous experience operating powered warehouse industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, Ride on Electric Pallet Jack, stock pickers, etc.) preferred.
- Must have the ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
- Must have the ability to follow safe warehouse working practices, as instructed
- Must have the ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision within the warehouse.

Job Position Purpose / Summary
- This position is responsible for reviewing inbound Client and assigning product to the appropriate channels for further review by the Engineering, Quality, and Operations departments.
- This position will also ensure that regulatory standards are met by cleaning and decontaminating product, as is necessary.
Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations
- Receive all daily packages of customer or company-owned product, and, in cooperation with customer service, link each product with an appropriate RMA.
- Clean and decontaminate products being received for service by following the methods defined by the Quality department.

Required Qualifications :
