You will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including activities such as truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, truck loading, stock counting.
How you will contribute
You will :
- Work in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
- Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
- Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule
What you will bring

- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
- Forklift experience preferred
- Have or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment
- Able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. / 25kg

What you can expect at FedEx Ground :
- Fast paced and physical warehouse work why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?
- Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
- Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
- Shift lengths vary based on package volume generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
- Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

As a Warehouse teammate with Hajoca your specific duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments
- Stock the warehouse and maintain cleanliness, order and safety
- Pick materials for orders, assemble and package the materials for shipment / pick up
- Load / unload trucks and operate a forklift safely
- Monitor inventory levels and stock depletions that could impact customer service

Warehouse Manager
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse which may include, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, warehouse safety, housekeeping, supervision of warehouse staff.
You will know you're a match to this position if you are organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented. Previous warehouse, maintenance experience, and / or fork lift experience preferred.
Previous materials handling experience, and a background in wholesale electrical distribution strongly recommended.
Primary Duties :
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination of training, and evaluation of warehouse employees including : interviewing, hiring and training employees;
planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Develop and implement improved methods of materials handling, stock control and packaging to promote efficiency, service, and reduced costs.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university is preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license and / or CDL and ability to obtain forklift license.
