Overview Safety Kleen, a Clean Harbors Company is looking for a Material Handler Lead to join our safety conscious warehouse team in Albuquerque, NM.
In this role you will be responsible for completing all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. You will work with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, following all Safety-Kleen policies and procedures.

- Assign job duties to Material Handlers and assure completion of the duties.
- Unload route truck containerized waste and reconcile waste.
- Reload route trucks with supplies and equipment for next day's runs.
- Stock warehouse with materials after Distribution Center truck arrival.
- Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center / Distribution Center.
- Daily facility inspection.
- Empty and fill drums.
- Manage inventory order and receiving process.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
- Monday - Friday.
- 7 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 or later; must stay until the work is done.
- Paid overtime.
- Must be willing to secure CDL A or B license within 6 months of hire (Clean Harbors will cover costs for schooling).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Any other job duties as assigned by management Qualifications Requirements :
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Forklift experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Computer and basic math skills.

Warehouse Manager
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse which may include, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, warehouse safety, housekeeping, supervision of warehouse staff.
You will know you're a match to this position if you are organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented. Previous warehouse, maintenance experience, and / or fork lift experience preferred.
Previous materials handling experience, and a background in wholesale electrical distribution strongly recommended.
Primary Duties :
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination of training, and evaluation of warehouse employees including : interviewing, hiring and training employees;
planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Develop and implement improved methods of materials handling, stock control and packaging to promote efficiency, service, and reduced costs.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university is preferred, but not required.
