2. Creates visual design within a multidisciplinary team to support theDigital Center of Excellence (COE) focus on visitor goals in public, digitaltouchpoints such as , social media and marketingcampaigns.
3. Analyzes the competitive landscape to ensure the Digital COE iscreating differentiated experiences during moments that matter along userjourneys.
4. Shares work in-progress, solicits critical feedback from businesspartners, and provides productive critique.5. Brings leading edge thinking and processes to the Digital COE digitaldesign work to push our practice in new directions.
6. Collaborate with design counterparts in the Northern Lab and otherteams to ensure work created in the Digital COE aligns with brandguidelines while simultaneously exploring new graphic standards.
7. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client,and / or internal business impact.Qualifications :
- A College or University degree and / or experience within an agency, in-house design team, as a contractor, or in a relevant design role isrequired
- 3- 6 years of visual design / UI experience
- Knowledge of industry-standard software, including Adobe CreativeCloud, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and familiarity with contemporaryprototyping tools , InVision, Proto, Flinto
- Strong presentation, problem solving, storytelling and design skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable, embraces ambiguity and respondspositively to change
- Uses collaborative / communication tools effectively , G Suite,Skype, Outlook
- Must be able to provide portfolio / work samples to be considered forinterview

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for the kate spade apparel brand and the quality of kate spade products
- Experience in merchandising, preferred experience in handbags and leather goods

Employment Details :
This contract position provides excellent supplemental income for passionate kate spade brand advocates. Our competitive pay starts at $18 / hour and is based on your market and relevant experience.
Travel is also compensated. Store visits are monthly and vary from 2 to 4 hours depending on the retailer.
In addition to hourly and travel compensation, you’ll also receive paid bi-monthly training from Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build merchandising skills.
Love to travel? While not required, you’ll open up the opportunity to relocate with ThirdChannel to other retail markets within the United States.
We move fast! Upon hire, you will complete the two-hour long, paid onboarding training and schedule work in stores immediately.

Looking for someone that can work in the full Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and that understands how AE and Premiere work together.
Theyll be working with editors to produce marketing and promotional videos for the web and social. VFX cleanup, greenscreen, and roto experience is helpful (tracking, set extension, etc).
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Multimedia Team Lead and the Creative Director to develop and execute campaign deliverables.
- Research motion and design trends to translate into rich motion graphics stories that align with the business unit's and client's objectives and standards.
