About the Role

In this role, you will set the tone for the store team and help bring our brand to life for our customers and employees.

Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including;

customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to teach others and coach behaviors to cultivate a high performing team that meets or exceeds goals.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Responsible for assisting with the visual merchandising and presentation of the retail locations in NYC. This role is primarily based in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist the Director of VM with weekly directive execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and teams.
  • Facilitates and maximizes profitability of NYC floor sets by assisting store teams in adapting the Global VM Directive to the specific store layout, product assortment, inventory levels, and customer demographic.
  • Train, develop, and inspire store teams to maintain visual excellence in between store visits.
  • Manages a flexible, revolving schedule of store visits by shifting priorities based on the needs of the business, monthly window installations, retail events, and the promotional calendar.
  • Identifies any VM areas of opportunity within the business and is proactive in finding solutions.
  • Support special brand events including NYFW presentations.
