Ventilator management : Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators for patients requiring ventilatory support.

Adjust ventilator settings based on patients' condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding ventilator use and management.

Patient monitoring and emergency response : Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and respiratory status using advanced monitoring equipment.

Requirements :

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification in NJ
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles, techniques, and equipment
• Proficiency in conducting respiratory assessments, interpreting diagnostic results, and implementing appropriate treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :
