Qualifications :
We are seeking fully licensed mental health professionals to work with couples and families. All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in New Jersey :
- LCSW or LMFT or LPC
- Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
Compensation : Up to $ 151,100 depending on licensure

Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing specialized respiratory care to patients with respiratory disorders, chronic lung conditions, and critical illnesses.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about improving patients' respiratory health and enhancing their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
Respiratory assessment and treatment : Conduct thorough respiratory assessments to evaluate patients' lung function and oxygenation levels.
Administer various respiratory therapies, including aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and breathing exercises, to improve patients'
respiratory function. Monitor patients' response to treatment and adjust therapies as needed.
Ventilator management : Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators for patients requiring ventilatory support.
Adjust ventilator settings based on patients' condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding ventilator use and management.
Patient monitoring and emergency response : Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and respiratory status using advanced monitoring equipment.
Recognize and respond to changes in patients' condition promptly. Provide emergency respiratory care during cardiopulmonary arrests, acute respiratory distress episodes, and other critical situations.
Patient education and support : Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and self-management techniques.
Teach patients how to properly use inhalers, nebulizers, and other respiratory devices. Provide emotional support and address patients'
concerns to promote a positive patient experience.
Collaboration and interdisciplinary care : Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and communicate effectively to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
Documentation and record-keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records, including assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all respiratory care activities, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Requirements :
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification in NJ
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in conducting respiratory assessments, interpreting diagnostic results, and implementing appropriate treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy and a genuine desire to improve patients' respiratory health and quality of life
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Experience with advanced respiratory therapies, such as mechanical ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula, and non-invasive ventilation
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
