- repeat orders back to guests before asking for their name
- dont turn your back to guests when possible. Be engaging and smile

Qualifications :
- We are looking for experienced candidates to have :
- Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality experience.
- Experience working in a similar venue with multiple offerings will be highly valued.

- Has a passion for coffee and a dynamic beverage program.
- Focus on bringing a team together for a common purpose.
- A thirst for problem-solving and thrives on going over and above.
- Knowledge and skills to develop staff around the product, service skills, team culture, and guest relationships.
