Servers ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience during their visit to Lucky Strike by taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders, interacting with the guest and being hospitable while upholding the company’s guest service standards.
Essential Responsibilities :
The Server’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Welcomes guests upon their arrival and take food and beverage orders according to the guest’s specifications
- Anticipates guest’s needs such as drink refills, clearing the table, etc.
- Enters guest orders and closes out checks using our point of service system, MICROS
- Maintains venue safety and sanitation
- Demonstrates menu knowledge and use the knowledge to enthusiastically make recommendations about menu items, entertainment options in the venue, future parties, etc.
- Partners with team members on ensuring the cleanliness standards are kept up
- Completes side work such as : rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, cleaning menus and etc.
- Upholds local liquor and food handling laws
Requirements
- 1 year of previous serving experience preferably in a fast pace and full-service restaurant or entertainment venue.
- Successfully complete a menu test
- Candidates must have experience working in a high volume concept
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and cheerful!!
- Passionate about guest service and hospitality

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
- You have 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- You have a current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal / state / local law
- You meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- You have basic knowledge of food and beverage service / hospitality
- You have excellent guest service skills
- You have a high school diploma or GED
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift and / or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending / stooping / kneeling required frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and timely manner, using their complete knowledge of food and beverage menus to take orders, answer questions and make suggestions.
