Paid holidays. We seek a Google Ads expert to help us make better business decisions based on our marketing data. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics.
Your primary responsibilities will be maintaining the Google Ad accounts of our company and analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can help us improve the efficiency and usability of our products and services.
You will also be expected to improve our Google Ads accounts and maximize the return on our investment. You will also be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following : Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI) Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings Job Qualifications and Skill Sets include : A degree in digital marketing or a related business field In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) Google Ads certification Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus Must be metrics driven, with the ability to create reports to track and analyze SEO performance.

Understand how site architecture affects SEO and possess knowledge of web server log file analysis. Understand the components of Core Web Vitals, their effect on SEO, and how to improve them.
Understand schema.org and how it impacts SEO. Capable of working with content management systems and drafting basic SEO text.
Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Some form of product management, project management, software development and / or analytics experience a plus.

Job Summary
The SEO Analyst is a valuable member of our SEO Team and Client Services Division, as the primary point of contact for clients subscribing to one of our SEO packages.
The SEO Analyst implements new campaigns, performs routine maintenance, and employs webmaster tools and other sanctioned tools and programs to analyze, optimize and resolve issues for improved campaign performance.
He / she focuses on establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients by being proactive on campaign optimization and responsive to evolving trends, addressing client requests, problem solving with empathy, and diligent in documenting needs and solutions that may require additional internal support.
Essential Duties :
- Perform on page optimization and content editing, including call to action statements, headlines, meta tags, page titles, alt tags, and description to improve and sustain clients’ sites’ organic rankings on the major search engines.
- Perform keyword research, analysis, and implementation of targeted keywords.
- Analyze ranking reports and analytics data which may include competitive analysis.
- Work in conjunction with SEO content writers and Offsite Specialists to synchronize strategies and activities to drive more relevant traffic to clients’ websites.
- Perform website evaluations to identify areas of improvement and potential issues.
- Make recommendations for ranking improvement and implement recommendations on client sites as needed.
- Support management in addressing escalated client issues around campaign deliverables and performance.

Requirements :
- Min. 2 years of experience performing SEO activities in a professional setting.
- Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technology setting.

- Google Analytics certification.
- Excellent writing skills (in the English language) for concise web content.
