Job Summary
The Site Security Lead will provide best-in-class security customer service, prompt communication delivery and support to each operational / support function and locations within their scope.
The Site Security Lead is responsible for all internal security operations tasks and the management of its personnel. The Security Operations Center Provides communication and awareness for leadership and tactical direction for each security function.
The Site Security Lead will work alongside the team to identify, detect, and respond, to information of security incidents, communicate development(s), maintain awareness, and follow procedures for security events.
The Site Security Lead may participate in and manage security investigations. The SOC Lead should have familiarity with the principles of physical security, basic network awareness, and endpoint security.
The SOC Lead communicates current threat(s) and potential attack trends based on the threat and security posture of the SOC.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a technical expert on all Security Operation matters including items related to monitoring and response to all facilities and properties under your span of control.
- Provides partner and client intelligence, operations, and communication on time-sensitive security tactics for strategic executive management.
- Ensures Security Operation staff compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, corporate policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Promotes an environment of professionalism, compliance, and continuous improvement, to meet the Corporation's operational goals and objectives.
- Develops and maintains highly qualified and motivated Security Operation staff that support the overall business mission, goals, and objectives.
- Additional responsibilities include creating processes, collecting and assessing incident reports, and developing and implementing high liability communication plans.
- Creates compliance reports to support the Security Operation’s audit process, measure the SOC’s performance metrics, and report on the overall security posture from operations to business leader perspective.
- The Site Security Lead plans for all responses to company asset loss, facility response, damage, theft, etc, and mitigates responses as needed.
This is accomplished through specific communication, organized partnerships, operational planning, management security, physical security and proven operational security which is driven from the Regional Security Director level of operations.
This role will report directly to the Security Operations Manager for Trulieve Security Operations. Oversight will occur via the Regional Security Director.
Education and Experience
- 2 or more years of SOC work experience or customer service
- 3 or more years inside of a Security Operations environment
- Experience in management, IT Security, operations, ITIL framework, agile project management, and leadership.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Experience with managing a diverse group of technological oriented members
- Must possess leadership, communication, conflict management, people management, reporting, critical thinking, and problem solving, and planning and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience in security

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The position of Physical Security Analyst reports to the Sr Physical Security Officer.This job is responsible for ensuring that company employees and customers have a safe and secure environment from which to work and transact business.
In doing so, the SAI will assist in overseeing security policies and procedures, monitor and respond to security incidents, as well as conduct security scans of company facilities (both in person and virtually) to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Additionally, the Physical Security Analyst is responsible for assisting in the assessment of risks and the offering solutions for mitigation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct physical security and risk vulnerability inspections, evaluate and provide recommendations for mitigation.
2. Develop and implement physical security standards and procedures. This duty is performed as needed.
3. Evaluate existing security policies and procedures.
4. Assist in the development of security training for company personnel.
5. Recommend actions to avoid conditions conducive to threats such as vandalism, terrorism or theft.
