Pay $17.00 per hour
Reports to the designated director, manager,administrator, or supervisor. Responsible for performing a varietyof routine clerical and departmental duties.
- Receive telephone calls and visitors;handle routine matters personally and route non routine business toproper staff for consideration.
- Maintaincalendar and schedule appointments.
- Act asliaison between manager, director and other center and departmentalstaff.
- Maintain correspondence control log,receive incoming and outgoing mail and follow up on dates foraction items.
- Review and audit all assignedareas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness ofdelivery of services to student.
Prepare relatedreports.
- Perform a variety of clerical andadministrative duties; preparation of special reports, type anddistribute meeting minutes, maintain files and records, statisticaldata, make travel arrangements, etc. asrequired.
- Maintain a safe and clean work areathat models high standards for a workenvironment.
- Enter information into CIS, EISand other automated system asdirected.
Education andExperience Requirements :
High schooldiploma or equivalent and one year related experience required.Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communicationsskills and computer proficiency required.
Valid driver’slicense with an acceptable driving record, unless waived bymanagement.

High school diploma or GED equivalency. Must demonstrate ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology. Previous clerical and / or receptionist duties preferred.
Computer skills required. Must successfully complete a basic computer skills assessment and clerical skills assessment.

Handle questions from walk-ins and direct them to the appropriate staff
Use case management system to look up participants in the system
Provide callers with infromation about applying for services, send emails with link for application and orientation videos
Schedule orietnation appointments, keep orientation log
