Co-op Partners Warehouse (CPW) is a cooperatively owned, produce and natural foods wholesale distributor servicing co-ops, retailers, restaurants, educational institutions, and buying clubs in the Upper Midwest.

Purpose : The Sales Associate 1 is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, assisting with quality and inventory control.
Reports To : Sr. Manager of Sales
Essential Functions :
- Account management for select customers.
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone and or email.
- Solve customers problems and find best possible solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
