AHF is currently seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative. This position is responsible for promoting AHF Pharmacy’s community profile and increasing sales and revenue of specialty medications within the assigned region.

The Pharmacy Sales Representative plays an integral role in the development marketing of AHF Pharmacy’s services. By representing AHF on a local and state-wide basis, the Pharmacy Sales Representative has the ability to deliver AHF’s mission to patients and Providers who could benefit from our services.
By creating strong, long-lasting relationships that drive business, the Pharmacy Sales Representative is able to build and sustain the presence of the AHF Pharmacy in their region.
By brining patients into our pharmacies, which helps to fund the care and treatment of all AHF patients worldwide, the Sales Representative can contribute to many individuals in a very unique way.
The Pharmacy Sales Representative creates business plans and marketing strategies to target areas within assigned region with call points related to HIV / AIDS and Hepatitis.
The person in the role assists our patients with understanding the importance of medication adherence, as well as guides them through their managed care systems.
The Pharmacy Sales Representative also assists in the resolution of customer or Provider complaints, ensuring our patients are receiving the highest level of care.
By being a team-player, and assisting members of AHF’s many business lines, the Pharmacy Sales Representative can enhance the overall experience of their coworkers.
In addition, providing feedback to their manager about how service could be improved, can help to ensure operations are running at the highest level of productivity.

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) preferred but not required; experience in the Healthcare field, Marketing and sales experience and / or training preferred.
Pharmaceutical Sales, Specialty Pharmacy Sales, Nutritional Sales or other related Healthcare sales extremely helpful and desirable.
Computer / Software Skills & Abilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and proficiency in contact management systems; database software;
spread sheets, presentation programs and word processing systems.
Other Skills & Abilities / Qualifications
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Capacity to manage sales efforts in different geographical areas and meet deadlines, while working independently.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Other job responsibilities as assigned by Sales Management

Responsibilities :
- Meet with prospective clients and convert them into new clients to ensure their objectives are met.
- Overcome common objections to moving forward with the firm.
- Review current and past clients to see if there are additional sales opportunities. Educate clients on why they should re-utilize our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after the initial representation.
- Produce sales reports on a regular basis and routine basis to ensure sales and performance goals are being met.
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients.
Qualifications :
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) both written and oral proficiency. This is a must.

JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative with emphasis in the market of South Florida. The successful candidate must live in South Florida with the territory including West Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the implementation of all sales and marketing programs for the entire portfolio (Duvel Imports, Boulevard Brewing Co, and Brewery Ommegang)
- Motivate distributor sales force to achieve sales objectives
- Focus on selling products and / or upgrading number of product lines across distribution channels
- Identify accounts that are not being penetrated with Duvel USA products and develop a plan to establish business with such accounts
- Conduct wait-staff / bartender educations, beer tastings and beer dinners
- Ensure proper merchandising of on- and off-premise accounts
- Plan and execute on-premise promotions as permitted (note : evenings; weekend festivals)
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key accounts both on and off-premise.
- Work with local distributors to increase brand awareness and consumption
- Be responsible for the allocation and use of point-of-sale materials
- Collect data (e.g. pricing, distribution) as required
- Compile and submit reports required for the sales division
- Operate effectively within corporate and budgetary guidelines
- Track and monitor progress in all identified accounts
- Observe all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale, merchandising and promotion of malt beverages

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- One to two years malt beverage experience, preferably with at least one year at a wine or beer distributor
