JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Display enthusiasm and promote a cohesive group working environment; work closely with others as necessary; support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers; display team spirit.
- Represent brand and core values appropriately at all times.
- Follows through on customer’s requests for specific items and notifies customer of new products that fit the customer profile.
- Drives brand loyalty by adopting an experiential selling environment, by setting the theater in a fun and engaging way
- Demonstrates selling skills through explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, value and other information, builds the business through providing the ultimate consumer experience.
- Shares information and communicates clearly to all levels internal and external.
- Maintains the spirit of ownership by demonstrating problem solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Must be able to articulately convey the brand language.
- Ensures all operational standards are maintained
- Ensures visual standards are appropriate and support the brand image
- Merchandises displays to visual guidelines.
- Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
- Understands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicates LP issues with Store Manager
- Operational Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, backroom / rest room maintenance, mopping floors, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education : High School diploma or equivalent
- Years of Experience : 1 - 2 years of Professional Level of retail
- Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have prior sales experience in a retail environment
- Must be able to use PC and operate office equipment
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to walk and lift product in order to properly merchandise it.
- The employee must frequently, and independently, lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Employee needs to be able to lift up to 50lbs (may be assisted with this task).

- Place tickets inside the item and not visible to the customer.
Floor Presence & Maintenance
- Beginning of shift / day : Arrive on selling floor ready, ensure floor is ready for customers
- End of shift / day : Ensure selling floor is replenished and ready for the next day
- Be active and busy on the floor at all day
- Ensure to place and / or hang back items as you work and replenish merchandise after selling
- Ensure clean up and maintenance of fitting rooms
Back of The House Support
- Assist in the mark down process
- Assist in the bi-annual inventory process
- Participation and achievement of pre-sale goals
- Participate in store contests
- Assist in stock room maintenance and keep it organized
- Responsible for stock pulled; all stock must be put away in orderly fashion
- Willing to work in and promote a team oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
- Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions.
- Must be results driven and flexible to change
- Relevant interest in Fashion / Design.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team!
The Sales Associate role assists in running all front of house fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as exceeding sales expectations.
Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and a few years sales experience, ideally in the fitness industry. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE :
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
- Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Conducts telephone inquiries / follow up calls / customer care calls
- Leads OTF studio previews with prospects and / or fitness program holders
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre / during / post ) shift activities
- Must be able to participate in 2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby / front desk area
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Must prospect outside the studio for at least 1 hour per shift
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
- Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements
- Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs
- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
- Required to attend two monthly team meetings
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent customer service skills - Previous sales experience with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred) - Solid verbal and written communication skills required - Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Highly functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use - Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
- Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)
- Flexible to work day, evening and / or weekend hours as needed
- High school diploma required
