Dental Network Recruiter
Overview
The Zelis Dental Network Recruiter is a result driven performance role responsible for obtaining signed contracts from dental providers that are part of the company’s recruitment list, and in accordance with individual goals and the dental division's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and contract dental providers within established targets, to meet network needs
Track and report performance through recruitment interactions and goal metric information using various tracking mechanisms
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team associate in a goal-oriented environment
Understand and prioritize provider challenges, while proactively finding solutions to solve those challenges
Perform within a results-driven environment, contributing to the growth and value of the Zelis Dental Network
Maintain knowledge of provider contracts and support providers on contracting protocol
Maintain confidentiality of Zelis Assets Position
Summary of Qualifications
Experience with network recruitment, or sales and production position(s)
Substantive knowledge of insurance and dental terminology would be favorable
Understanding of provider office dynamics and optimal approaches to communicating and educating providers and provider staff
Advanced level knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. and related applications
Knowledge of dental and / or healthcare benefit marketplace
Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication including listening and persuasive speaking, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain key professional relationships

A Day In The Life
- Partner with clients to determine recruiting / staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Review responses on job ads and setup interviews with candidates.

- Effectively recruit via phone, text, email, social media and in-person with our teammates.
- Manage all applications through our technology partners
- Assist with the pre-employment process of new hires including background checks, physicals, drug screens, and communication of new hire orientation details.
Again, the pay will start at $19 / hr but potentially up to 51k annually.

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquistion Partner / Recruiter - Hybrid Remote (home / office) for our growing Talent Acquisition team.
This individual will be supporting Hanger Corporate by screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to hiring managers for specified positions with emphasis on matching specific candidates with Accouting and Finance positions.
You'll be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of the hiring managers. As a corporate recruiter you will serve as a liaison for the Human Resources Department with special emphasis on performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.
Your Impact :
- Recruiting efforts will be focused on Accounting and Finance roles. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
- Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
- Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
- Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
- Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR
High School diploma and 5 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is strongly preferred.
