Associate Recruiter
Description
1. Responsible for the effective performance of all related candidate sourcing and screening activities.
- Sources for candidates using multiple resources including internal and external databases, cold calling, texting social media, and email.
- Screens and qualifies candidates’ skills, availability, and credentials before handoff to recruiter.
- Assist with job matching candidates to assigned open positions for potential placements while documenting all information in the database.
- Manages candidate lead flow process to support designated recruiters.
- Enters data and updates databases on an ongoing basis and support administrative duties as directed by management and senior recruiters.
2. Provides administration and support to designated recruiters
- Supports designated recruiters in the areas of reference checks, building candidate profiles, editing and creating resumes and credentialing.
- Assists with uploading of documents within designated internal and external systems.
- Communicates with clinicians via telephone, text messages and email to assist in collecting timesheets.
- Works closely with the designated recruiters to create submittal profiles and match candidates to open jobs.
3.Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with recruiting and sales team members, Company associates, and with management.
- Coordinates activities effectively with managers.
- Keeps management well informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
- Ensures effective communication among all managers and involved parties.
- Attends meetings as required
4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Performs miscellaneous projects as assigned.
- Updates job skills as required
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :
High school graduate or equivalent.
B.S. Degree preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE :
Basic understanding of recruiting processes and strategies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
One year or more of related experience in recruiting or a related field preferred.
SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- Goal-driven high performer
- Good customer service and public relations.
- Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry.
- Excellent phone and text messaging skills.
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Track record of success achieving established goals and production targets.
