Mirabella Portland, Portland’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide clerical and organizational support to the team, provide reception coverage for the front desk, and be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors.

Compensation Range : $18 - $20 / hr DOE

Schedule : Part-Time ; Friday, Saturday and Sunday ; 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am

About You :

  • One (1) year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service to residents and the public.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions. Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records and submit reports.
  • Computers skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Organizational skills.

Income Property Management is hiring a Receptionist to join the team at New Columbia Apartments in North Portland. New Columbia Apartments consists of four residential properties, an HOA, and a commercial space which equates to 786 units.

The Receptionist will answer all incoming calls, meet and greet residents, and open and distribute mail. Additional duties for the Receptionist include filing, processing work orders, and assisting with other projects or tasks as assigned.
