Essential Functions
- Oversee $ in account revenue as most senior, strategic client counsel.
- Consistently produce a coherent strategy for clients and projects.

- Represent Highwire and key clients at high level industry events, seminars and conferences as required to maintain professional development and to build networking and new business contacts.
- Service clients profitably while monitoring and advising on staff billability, client needs, resource load and staff performance.
- Maintain account group revenue by managing the ebb and flow of accounts and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field
- Minimum 15 years experience in communications either in-house or with an agency with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships with top-tier reporters and editors, and in successfully positioning subject matter with the media to achieve high-impact placements
- Extensive successful writing and editing experience (externally focused) with a variety of print and online communications media
- Experience with social media influencer engagement, content campaigns, and media coverage amplification
- Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic communications, media relations, and marketing program to advance an organization’s mission and goals
- Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output
- Experience in building, managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of communications specialists
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
- Experience setting up measurement programs and measuring the ongoing ROI of communications activities

COTA is seeking an experienced PR & Communications Manager to assist the Director of Public Relations in media relations and communications strategy.

- Content development for high-level interviews.
- Assisting with crisis communications strategy.
- Developing an annual media event and owning the strategy and production.

University Relations Event Coordinator
Our team consists of program managers who lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, ushering
projects through the entire lifecycle - managing schedules, identifying risks and clearly
communicating goals to project stakeholders. Projects often span offices, time zones and

We have three internship sessions Fall / Winter (August-December), Spring (January May), and Summer (May-August) and many interns end up staying for multiple sessions.
Active interns get first pick for the following semester internship spots! You may choose between a three or six month long internship, with the opportunity to extend if desired.

Potential Responsibilities Include :
