It project manager
What We're Looking For

This opportunity entails being responsible for the establishment of and implementation of project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
This position manages technical and non-technical aspects of the project, such as project teams, resource allocation and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do :
Develops and manages project schedules, budget, issues & risks, scope, resources, communications, and quality.
Establishes project governance, standards, and analytics to ensure project delivery achieves HNTB’s 4 For 4 (Consistent delivery of quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction on every project) objectives.
Implements effective communication plans to fulfill information needs of executive, business and IT stakeholders and provides timely and accurate project status reports.
Defines and ensures adherence to IT project methodologies.
Supports and coaches staff on IT project methodologies. Utilizes AARs for continuous process improvements.
Serves as a catalyst for Quality Assurance and ensures the solution fulfills the defined success criteria and desired customer satisfaction.
Builds and cultivates relationships with stakeholders by communicating and continuously engaging with them throughout the project lifecycle.
Manages project team resources as well as vendor assigned personnel.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need :
In lieu of education, 12 years relevant experience
What We Prefer :
Project management certification such as PMP.
Experience in leading multiple mid to large scale projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Manager
Job Description
- Partners with Project Team Leads (PTL) to charter teams, develop core documents, establish timeline and budget, and align project tactics with project strategy
- Partners with PTLs to plan for and successfully navigate governance requirements
- Manages project timelines and monitors team adherence to project plans; accountable for ensuring project plans / timelines are entered and updated in the enterprise system
- Facilitate effective project meetings and manage change in a matrix environment
- Liaise with Senior PTLs to manage each therapeutic area portfolio
- Identifies resource gaps and works with Project Team to resolve, escalating when necessary
- Drives best practices across teams and develops and implements fit-for-purpose tools to efficiently support Project Teams.
Minimum Requirements :
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR
- Master’s degree and 3 years of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of directly related experience OR
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced degree and 2+ years research experience in either Oncology, Inflammation, Cardiovascular, or Metabolic space
- 2+ years demonstrated fit-for-purpose project management experience supporting research programs in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities in parallel while maintaining a focus on quality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team / matrix environment, to collaborate and coordinate with internal and external department staff at various levels, and to influence others effectively;
able to build and collaborate with a cross-functional network
- Creative and critical problem-solving skills with high comfort in ambiguous situations
- Self-directed quick learner who is proactive and takes initiative, with ability to adapt to a dynamic environment; proven ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets :
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of the drug development process, Pharma background YOE 2-5
- Scientific background.
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

Responsibilities :
- Must be willing to travel (180+ days / yr)
- Supervise and delegate service personnel to include assistance with hiring, and discipline, scheduling personnel, setting work priorities, training, completing timesheets, evaluating performance, and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations
- Evaluate workload and schedules to maximize production
- Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and distributed for scheduled jobs
- Review and approval of parts, material, equipment, and tool procurement
- Assist with dispatching of services to the appropriate technicians
- Ensure each job is completed on time and to customer satisfaction and perform on-site inspections
- Review service paperwork and ensure all field personnel adhere to procedural standards of reporting and documentation
- Evaluate staff to determine training requirements
- Assist with oversight of safety reporting
Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance
Experience :
5+ years of restoration experience
Great customer service skills

What it takes to be successful :
- Experienced Project Manager within Architectural Field
- Project Management from inception to completion
- Registered Architect in the state of Kansas or willing to get licensed ASAP. We will help !
- Experience working on concurrent projects, collaborating with multiple design disciplines, and technical production project experience
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
