For success in this position, you will possess the following skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree from an accredited school in an engineering related technical field (civil, structural, electrical or mechanical) including architecture
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License or Professional Geologist (PG) License preferable
  • Minimum of 6 months of consulting experience in the Federal sector
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able and willing to travel to project job sites and client offices as needed

Education

Field Experience

  • Accurately prepare bids and landscape designs & renderings, by utilizing field collected data and compute programs, to present to client
  • Visit jobs in progress to relate actual estimate; review questions or problems that may arise
  • Manage billing process, including communicating change orders, lien releases, progress billing, etc.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, insuring accountability and quality for price
  • Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training and meetings, as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards
  • Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement of project management, technical and communication skill
  • Other duties as assigned

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience managing enterprise-level projects, to join our Professional Services team.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
