JOB SUMMARY :
Manage Invest’ and Enhance’ client interactions and expectations surrounding long term planning and high-level value-added services.
Responsible for client retention, annual increases, and enhancement penetration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction / Project Management, or related field
Experience
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Extensive knowledge of regional plant life
Field Experience
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable field experience with project estimating or design-build work
- Strong estimation background, with working knowledge of construction / installation & irrigation
- Familiar with commercial landscape equipment and their functions
License or Certification
- As required by state and federal law
- Valid driver license issued by the state where employed
- PMP preferred
Specialized Skills
- Strong customer service skills, with internal and external clients
- Effective oral and written communication
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, document management, and cost forecasting
- Ability to read and interpret constructions plans / drawings
- Experience working the commercial property managers, vendors, consultants and architects a plus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Serve as point-of-contact for high level site and project issues to expeditiously and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needs
- Act as liaison between operations and client, ensuring clarity in communication and expectations
- Conduct walkthroughs with client and other company representatives as appropriate
- Evaluate accounts and develop an effective and on-going landscape asset management plan
- Build a strong knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives
- Collaborate with Area Managers to maintain a holistic understanding of Invest’ and Enhance’ client sites
- Stay up-to-date on day-to-day site operations and issues to identify trends in need of comprehensive solutions
- Create, manage, and control scope of work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage all project communication between internal and external clients
- Analyze and understand job cost reports and budget variances related to contract projects
- Prepare monthly forecast of labor and materials, and accurate job costing of work orders
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals
- Gather, calculate and compile take off data for use in bid estimate
- Accurately prepare bids and landscape designs & renderings, by utilizing field collected data and compute programs, to present to client
- Visit jobs in progress to relate actual estimate; review questions or problems that may arise
- Manage billing process, including communicating change orders, lien releases, progress billing, etc.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, insuring accountability and quality for price
- Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training and meetings, as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards
- Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement of project management, technical and communication skill
- Other duties as assigned

A Project Manager explores the North American market for upcoming public private partnership opportunities in transportation infrastructure that are of benefit to the organization.
The Project Manager also manages and coordinates all phases of PPP projects bidding process : proposals, procurement, contracting, and financing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Explore the North American market for upcoming public-private partnership opportunities for transportation infrastructure at the local, state, and regional levels
Perform needs assessments, risk analyses, and developing and implementing business strategies that respond to the institutional needs and are aimed to facilitate project development
Review and advise on all procurement aspects of potential projects, including procurement documents, concession agreements, and financing documents
Formulate high-level revenue, risk and financial models and studies to assess the benefits and viability of a potential project
Prioritize, action plan and coordinate with the different departments and advisors in the development of proposals / bids for candidate projects
Support the business unit in liaising with partners and clients
Negotiate various contracts with the Public Administration to seek the most beneficial outcome for the company

- In partnership with tech teams and / or external vendors, lead the data science products through our team’s agile development process, support the User Acceptance testing, tagging validation and overall project delivery
