- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

- Equivalency : Professional experience beyond minimum requirements, in a related field may substitute the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
- At least 1-year direct leadership experience or experience leading complex portions of projects teams / tasks, program management or full scope programs.
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge and / or experience in two or more Emergency Management Disciplines preferred.
- Knowledge of full scope Emergency Management protocols and familiarity with state and local plans, agencies, and funding sources is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Experience and Education Preferred

Expected Hours of Work
Schedule may vary and require work on evenings and weekends and dependability and punctuality are paramount. Employees are generally expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and could work up to 20 hours of overtime each week.
Travel Requirements

Your new role - Project Manager
Location : Dallas or Remote (must be US based)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience managing enterprise-level projects, to join our Professional Services team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined scope and quality standards.
Your primary objective is to successfully execute projects, while achieving your goals and meeting the expectations of stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include :
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive project plan with clear timelines and milestones, aligned with the SOW.
- Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, team members, and senior management, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
Continuously monitor project risks and take appropriate actions to minimize their impact on project success.
- Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among project team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure everyone understands their contributions to project success.
- Track and manage action items, ensuring accountability across all project stakeholders. Monitor progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and facilitate resolution of any roadblocks or issues that may hinder project progress.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and implement corrective actions or process enhancements to improve future project execution and performance
Requirements
About you
- 2 - 5 years experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering enterprise projects , on time and within budget.
- Proven, end-to-end project management experience within professional services or consulting within the Contact Center and / or Conversational AI industries
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
