RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key Responsibilities :
• Create data product strategy with a focus on data integration and advance analytics and identify new opportunity for leveraging data as an assent to drive customer personalization across TLS channels.
• Build and manage a digital capability for 360-degree view of TLS customer to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue. Also define critical metrics to measure the efficiency of digital products and develop customer segmentation to drive adoption, engagement and revenue for AXP customers.
• Work with Marketing to identify new opportunities to target cardmember and enhance relationship with our partner by generating more partnership value.
• Manage and create new capabilities to support marketing goals to drive more TLS share of wallet and card member engagement.
• Build and enable predictive solutions to provide personalized and real time recommendations.
• Manage and Enhance customer segmentation capability to maximize customer lifetime value to TLS
• Manage and Enhance One customer profile for improved digital customer and agent experience across different portfolios
• Efficiently work in a cross-functional environment working with product managers, data engineers, data science analyst and other enterprise data team to drive the business outcome, demonstrating leadership qualities (motivate, inspire, influence, deliver)
• In partnership with tech teams and / or external vendors, lead the data science products through our team’s agile development process, support the User Acceptance testing, tagging validation and overall project delivery
• Inspire, Trust, Enable, Help, educate (& learn from) a team of Product Owners across multiple global locations, to deliver and continuously optimize data services and solutions.
• Participate in PI planning, define PI objective and business outcomes for One customer profile, KYT, Customer Segmentation and Machine Learning Models etc.
• Qualification :
• 5+ years Product Management and / or Data Management in building and launching data capabilities.
• Advanced degree in business management / computer science or related or equivalent work experience. A good balance of data, technology & business knowledge with a good record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first approach.
• Strong quantitative skills with hands on experience analyzing large amounts of data and data flows to identify patterns / insights and generate concrete recommendations with quantifiable value.

Ability to compile, summarize, communicate, and present findings with senior leadership.

• Experience in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
• Consistent record of getting results in a fast-paced environment and needing to make decision with imperfect information.

Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Serve as point-of-contact for high level site and project issues to expeditiously and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needs
• Act as liaison between operations and client, ensuring clarity in communication and expectations

• Prepare monthly forecast of labor and materials, and accurate job costing of work orders
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals
• Gather, calculate and compile take off data for use in bid estimate
• Accurately prepare bids and landscape designs & renderings, by utilizing field collected data and compute programs, to present to client
• Visit jobs in progress to relate actual estimate; review questions or problems that may arise
• Manage billing process, including communicating change orders, lien releases, progress billing, etc.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, insuring accountability and quality for price
• Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training and meetings, as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards
• Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement of project management, technical and communication skill
• Other duties as assigned

Role Overview :

The company is seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations team and be responsible for managing projects in the pipeline.

This individual will ensure on-time delivery of new products. The Project Manager will provide hands-on cross functional influence and accountability, and excellence in planning and process.
