- Five plus years of experience in liquid packaging engineering and technical roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bottle or paper carton packaging experience desired.*Beverage experience highly desirable. Plant experience working within a GMP manufacturing facility is required.
- Project Management skills and experience in implementation of significant projects (>
$1MM).*Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to provide leadership in a team based environment.*Lean / Six sigma tools experience or training.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.*Excellent analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, problem-solving tools and skills are required.
