Job Description :
This position ensures the production of quality baked goods by coordinating the activities and staff involved with the production of all baked goods;
maintaining effective staff relations and facilitating intradepartmental relations.
Accomplished production staff results by communicating job expectations, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
initiating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains proper staff levels by assisting in training employees, and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains quality by establishing, enforcing, and improving upon organization standards; and troubleshooting products for quality standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources;
maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps in the process; scheduling staff scheduling breaks and job rotations; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Ensures operation of equipment by troubleshooting problems; calling for repairs, and assisting evaluation and selecting new equipment.
- Performs production tasks and ensures quality by working in the mixing area, proof oven, and overseeing the operations of all other areas.
- Facilitates effective intradepartmental relations by communicating with other departments on quality and other production issues;
and resolving issues.

Sales and Production Assistant
Summary
We are currently hiring a Sales and Production Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will provide clerical support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
This will be a hybrid position based inour Chicago Headquarters. This position requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working with the Account Executive to create a variety of presentations.
- Responsible for data entry of job orders and specifications into the proprietary order management system.
- Manage trackers and / or job status reports; contact vendors, obtain tracking information, follow-up on delivery status as necessary.
- Assist in compiling budgets and presentations for key projects as directed.
- Shadow the Account Executive during client meetings and conference calls.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :
- 0-2 years in an office environment (preferably marketing / advertising / promotions). Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related graduate degree.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of professionals within the organization.
- Paid part-time, ability to work 20-30 hours a week.

The team of Production Assistants will work under the direction of Supervising Producers and Producers to perform all tasks needed to assist in creating engaging daily programming.

Originating from Chicago’s United Center - with a studio in the heart of the facility’s atrium steps away from the famed Michael Jordan statue - Stadium operates the industry’s original OTT-delivered sports network, creating video content for itself and its partners seeking to bridge the high quality of televised content with the immediacy and interactivity of digital media.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and story development
- Video logging and creating highlight shot-sheets

Minimum Requirements :
- 1 year of relevant work experience preferred

Minimum Requirements

- Video editing experience

- Must be willing to work weekends, nights and some holidays (schedule built around live sporting event hours)

- Demonstrate the ability to work calmly under a pressurized live television environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess the visual acuity to work in darkened edit rooms for extended periods of time to produce required content
- Possess auditory acuity to effectively listen to instructions via intercom system, phones, etc.
Possess the manual dexterity to effectively operate keyboard / mouse on computers, edit equipment, etc.
