Purpose of Position

The Pilot is the face of NetJets, providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation, but also an exceptional service experience for every NetJets Owner and passenger.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Greets Owners / passengers pre-flight, makes introductions and briefs them on the specific flight / trip and verifies itinerary / provides passengers with weather updates and safety briefings and explains any changes to itinerary
- Must deliver as needed, in-flight service including the handling of alcohol and the service of catering
- Must load and properly stow on aircraft all baggage as needed
- Must be able to handle and conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke
- Act as the final authority on their aircraft with respect to all areas of operation, including the compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance
- Acts as a liaison for Owners / passengers and NetJets from the time the Owners / passengers arrive at the FBO until they have safely landed at their final destination and have departed the final FBO
- Responsible for properly communicating any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller on duty for their fleet
- Additionally, must properly complete any paperwork associated with maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies

What The Case Manager Does :
- Understand and remain up-to-date on all CAMBA programs and services that may be beneficial to NYPH patients.
- Research external community programs and services that are complimentary to CAMBA programs and develop relationships with community partners.
- Respond by phone to NYPH patient referrals within 48 hours.
- Educate eligible individuals about service offerings and health benefits of the program.
- Support completion of intake paperwork and comprehensive assessments with patients who consent to the program. This may be by phone, video, email, mail, or in-person.
- Provide short-term case management services for approximately 1-2 months, with at least weekly follow-up.
- Enter client data into CAMBA database within 24 hours (i.e. contact information, assessments, client services, progress, outcomes, etc.)
- Work with clients to break through barriers to their goals and to assist them in advocating for themselves and in moving toward self-sufficiency.
- Assist clients in completing applications for benefits and entitlements (e.g. Medicaid, etc), and process applications on clients’ behalf.
- Monitor clients’ progress towards their service goals, and document all interactions with clients via progress notes.
- Create and maintain client files and make copies of all client documents.
- Collaborate with other CAMBA programs, community partners and NYPH team members (such as : patient navigators, community navigators, social workers, care managers, and care coordinators) to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in outreach, planning and execution of special events, including workshops, health fairs, and jointly agreed upon community events.
- May follow-up with clients for a period of time after successful completion of their primary goals to assure client stability.
MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) and two years of applicable experience, and / or equivalent experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 2 years case management or direct client care experience, required.
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish and / or English / Creole speakers strongly preferred.
- Knowledge about, understanding of, and ability to work closely with, persons with chronic illness and a variety of needs related to the Social Determinants of Health.
- Knowledge of community resources and sensitivity toward persons with chronic illnesses and multiple social needs.
- Follow all HIPAA privacy rules as they relate to personal health information and documentation.

Compensation : $45,000-$50,000 annually

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Sr Analyst Co-pilot for Nespresso USA Supply Chain Operations will support Variable Distribution Expenses (VDE), Fixed Distribution Expenses (FDE) and Bad Goods in these increasingly complex operations with third party provider.
Additionally, the Sr Analyst will ensure a maximum level of internal control to comply with Nestle Group guidelines. This position will be on-site on average of 3 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Co-Piloting & Analysis
- Co-pilot the Supply Chain team for all finance queries. Active contributor to the achievements of Supply Chain KPIs
- Work with the team to establish annual budget and monthly forecast
- Manage monthly Accrual process with relevant stakeholders ahead of Closings. Review closing results against forecasts and follow up on variances
- Support the Supply Chain team on their budget follow-up responsibilities
- Help the team to understand and achieve optimal investment and working capital, drive spends efficiency and realization of cost savings opportunity
- Help drive financial acumen and provide challenge and support on forecasts and projects
- Assist Supply Chain Management and Finance Controller with ad hoc analysis as needed
Supplier Control
- Establish and maintain close relationship with external logistic provider to keep proper flow of information and detailed understanding of their costing process and controls.
- Ensure adherence to contracted conditions with external providers
- Ensure a thorough control process for external invoicing process, with reconciliations, check, evidence, and proper cost split / allocation

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000- $120,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

Helicopter pilot
Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following :
- Operates Air Methods’ aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
- Completes pre-flight before every flight verifying the aircraft is in airworthy condition by sign-off of the Daily Flight Log.
Performs a complete walk-around of the aircraft prior to entering the cockpit for flight and upon completion of each flight.
Ensures aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area.
Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures.
