Our client is a top hedge fund firm in NYC, looking to hire an Executive Assistant to a Partner.
Responsibilities :
- Provides senior level executive assistance to a Partner at the firm
- Manages schedules utilizing MS Outlook (planning / arranging events, meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls)
- Organizes and prioritizing a large volume of information requests and calls
- Manages all confidential and non-routine information in a responsible manner
- Project manages special events or projects at the request of senior management
- Aids in the production (creation, revision, editing, proofing) of departmental reports, presentations, and general documents
- Timely filing of notes from company meetings / conference calls in company folders
- Sorts through and reviews sell-side research received and ensures relevant research is distributed to research analysts
Requirements :
- Must have 10 to 15 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Conference Room database / Schedule
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential situations; position demands demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and responsiveness
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding timeframes
- Strong team player, willing to work in a collegial environment

Responsibilities
- Supporting personal travel and home management logistics
- Support home renovation projects in NYC, Upstate NY, and other areas

Qualifications
