Responsibilities :
Interacting with clients, associates, and colleagues of all calibers with the upmost professionalism
Heavy calendar and schedule management utilizing various forms of technological systems (Mobile Devices, Outlook, etc.)
Function as the gate keeper to internal and external colleagues and clients
Managing mass amounts of information (presentation decks, contracts, legal documents, etc.)
Ensuring that expenses are properly allocated and submitted in timely manner
International and domestic travel arrangements
Creating highly detailed itineraries, meeting minutes, research notes, etc.
Working cross functionally with other team members and account leads to coordinate and streamline information and schedules
Personal Assistance to the CEO (+ her family) as per needed (ex : global travel arrangements, personal errands, ad hoc projects, etc.)
Required Qualifications :
Available to be in the office 3 x a week and flexible to be in as per executives
College Degree
7+ years prior administrative experience
Experience supporting a team
Familiarity working with global teams
Take direction well
Work independently and collaboratively
Skilled in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Highly organized
Attention to detail
Global travel management
Working with the upmost confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Vaccinated
