Research, plans, trains, executes and facilitates operational improvement programs in order to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing for elimination of waste, improvements in safety, quality, service and cost.

  • Analyzes, develops, ratifies, implements, and standardizes manufacturing best practices across the branch
  • Tracks progress, provides updates and ensures alignment to Brinks initiatives and best practices
  • Establishes collaborative relationship with CIT and CVS management
  • Responsible to support Coin operation area to meet CPWH, all KPI's and metrics
  • P&L knowledge

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$200,00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity : Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits.

Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
