These positions are located in Wise County, Texas and Wichita County, Texas.
This position will work in support of several sales representatives in various accounts, merchandising stores and bringing multiple beverage products from back-stocks to fill in and rotate in coolers, displays and shelf space.
Responsibilities
- Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our retail customers
- Visit all assigned Ben E. Keith customer locations on a regular basis
- Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves and displays
- Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory
- Maintain product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock regularly
- Ensure maximum visibility of Ben E. Keith products at account (beer shelves, beer caves, displays, etc.) and that products are priced appropriately
- Maintain designated back stock area at customer location; ensure area is organized and free of trash
- Remain aware of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide
- Regularly monitor inventory to ensure proper stock levels and rotation
- Remain aware of and execute basic marketing activity as it relates to our sales channels (i.e. ad features, out-of-stocks, retailer policies and concerns)
- Check with supervisor daily for any special orders or needs
- Complete work orders as required and merchandise as needed
- Be familiar with shelf space in each account and protect BEK space as required
- Be familiar with account pricing and update missing tags as necessary
- Project a friendly, professional image at all times
- Prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Attend meetings as required
- Maintain and keep clean assigned company vehicle at all times
- Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy
- Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail

Position Summary : Merchandisers conduct daily activities in grocery stores including but not limited to building displays, Point of Sale (P.
O.S.) placements, space management within T.A.B.C. guidelines, pricing of products, and the pull-up and rotation of product per Company Policy.

What You’ll Do :
- Restock coolers, shelves and displays in assigned accounts
- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf following product Code Date Policies
- Assist and / or build displays with proper P.O.S. per Company policy, to meet retailer needs and maximize product sales
- Ensure P.O.S. communicates the proper package and price to consumers
- Use equipment such as hand trucks, dolly's and pallet jacks to move product within an account
- Build customer relationships at the store level
- Continually strive to achieve the number one sales position in each account with proper P.O.S. to ensure Silver Eagle dominance
- Maintain knowledge of Silver Eagle’s complete and growing portfolio of Brands and Packages
- Submit daily merchandising mission activity via "Go Spot Check" and daily surveys for Non-Alcoholic products

What You Need to Succeed :
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old

- Daily, in person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required
- A valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record
- A dependable personal vehicle to be used for work with proof of liability insurance
- Required to work Saturday, Sundays, and some holidays

The Physical Requirements :
This is a labor intensive position that requires lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing between 20 50 lbs.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Maintains all administrative work in a neat and legible fashion. Copies key personnel on market conditions, refused displays and other customer issues.
- Submits daily activity report and merchandising reports. Prepares and maintains required paperwork, reports and records.
- This position could require the employee to work some nights, some weekends, and / or some holidays.
