The Medical Assistant is responsible for handling front and back office duties in our fast-paced and energetic offices. We have two locations in Las Vegas, one in the North off of Rainbow and one in the south off of Windmill.
You will be required to work at both locations throughout each week. Competitive salary starting at $18 per hour + potential $500 signing bonus!
Job Duties :
- Check-in patients and prepare charts
- Process patient payments
- Screen and educate patients prior to vaccination

Skills / Requirements

- Process telephone messages with complete information and time and date stamped
- Follow prescription refill procedures
- Initiate and complete prior authorization as needed for medication
- Maintain patient records confidentiality
- Computer knowledge and typing skills of 40 words per minute
- Check patients in, scanning paperwork, collecting co-pays

Requirement
