  • Assist with strategy and prepare professional presentations and interviews.
  • Update and maintain Deltek Vision database of project opportunities, project descriptions, contacts and clients.
  • Maintain library of narrative for proposals, extracting custom content from completed submissions and ensuring content reflects current RMF messaging.
  • Provide support for miscellaneous marketing requests, conferences and event requests.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications :

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications or other applicable discipline; ideally with a focus in English or Journalism.
  • Minimum of 3 years related A / E / C experience preparing SF330 format qualifications and proposals.
  • Self-sufficiency on projects and being responsible for organization, communication, and completion. This can mean working individually or on a team, both in-person and virtually.
  • Demonstrated writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign; Photoshop) and MS Office.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
  • Strong graphic skills focused on enhancing technical content.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision.
  • Energetic, organized professional with a knowledge of the marketing process in a professional A / E / C services environment.
  • Professional interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of staff, as well as potential clients and colleagues at networking events.
  • High level of design sensibility and graphics capabilities.

This role is a core part to building a local digital marketing model that compliments the existing global model. The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be to activate and optimize web campaigns by creating personalized experiences for our targeted segments to drive higher engagement.

What You'll Do :

  • Preparing content for digital delivery liaise with stakeholders to understand what content is to be published or optimized for digital delivery on Institutional websites
  • Executing content - managing content transfer, facilitating the review process, and publishing campaign landing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while adhering to SEO guidelines, web and UX best practices, and accessibility review and processes
