Essential Functions

  • Manage and administer marketing automation platform (Eloqua) and support the execution of B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Use a test, measure, learn approach to iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results, plugging any leaks in the lead funnel.
  • Administer and serve as super-user of marketing automation platforms, employing a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of captured data, data lead flow process, campaign processes, audience segmentations, data syncing criteria to integrated systems, and ongoing data integrity practices.

Collaborate with marketing teams in development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurturing, lead scoring, and lead management programs.

  • Coordinate with content creation and design resources to ensure assets are designed according to platform best practices and compatibility.
  • Write content for emails, landing pages, and text messages as needed. Reinforce policies and processes to ensure best practice usage of marketing automation platform.
  • Participate in cross-departmental buy-in and understand independent business realities of Sales, Marketing, and Call Center teams to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.
  • Champion the quality of data in our marketing automation platform and CRM system; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure required data is captured at all customer touch points.
  • Regularly report, optimize programs based on analysis based outcomes and business goals.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to find inventive ways to improve campaign performance and evolve the marketing automation platforms to deliver support across demand generation channels for the various business units within the organization.

In this role, you will :
