Cherry Bekaert, one of the leading advisory, assurance and tax firms in the nation, is looking to grow its marketing team with the new addition of an External Marketing Coordinator.

Reporting to the Brand & Editorial Lead, this position will assist in the day-to-day organization and prioritization of workload balance for the Firm’s external marketing;

anticipating needs, promptly communicating issues, and problem solving alongside individuals at various levels in the Firm.

This position will work alongside multiple sub-departments, including go-to-market, event management, design and communications, with a wide range of related tasks.

The coordinator will assist the writing team in compiling and producing professional bios, managing submissions for awards and recognition and other projects to progress the Firm brand, and organizing content for new and ongoing campaigns and branding initiatives.

In this role you will :

  • Assist as a traffic coordinator for execution of marketing campaigns; coordinate simultaneous marketing plans and deadlines
  • Thoroughly verify campaigns and submissions for completeness and accuracy
  • Copy and edit written content
  • Manage production of professional bios
  • Assist teams with timeline management and troubleshoot workflow delays
  • Assist with event-related administrative tasks, including data entry in Excel, completing forms
  • Assist in virtual event productions and webinars, at times assisting in creation of virtual event sessions, registration pages, poll questions and surveys
  • Other duties as assigned

Leading a team of five, based throughout the UK and Ireland, you will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and will work collaboratively across the global function.

Responsibilities
