Position Overview : The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for implementation and management of digital multi-channel campaigns for a variety of audiences including current and prospective members.
This role will work closely with internal and external teams to create, optimize, report, and manage digital marketing automation journeys aimed at deepening relationships with our audiences.
This position owns the end-to-end implementation of campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Build and launch marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other automation tools / platforms.
- Develop and implement a holistic multi-channel contact strategy that optimizes enrollment journeys and deepens relationships with new and existing members.
- Manage organization-wide marketing automation programs and projects including engagement, lead capture, drip, and nurture email marketing journeys.
- Own the journey planning process by identifying a timeline to reach the right audience and monitor performance for continued optimization.
- Oversee the email service within our CRM platform (MS Dynamics), manipulate HTML, segment audiences, set up A / B tests, and serve as a final quality assurance check before campaigns are launched.
- Maintain and update dynamic lists and pull segmented lists as needed.
- Work directly with stakeholders throughout the business to define new areas of improvement and prioritize process improvements.
- Continuously iterate, test, and identify best performing content, timing, messaging, etc. for each audience.
- Monitor and report on KPI performance and impact to enable continuous improvement of user experience.
- Present results and recommendations to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with developers to document and define solutions.
Supporting Responsibilities :
- Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
- Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.

SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience : A minimum of 3 to 5 years marketing automation experience utilizing a CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar).
Experience planning, mapping, coordinating, and executing email marketing initiatives. Additional experience with website content management systems, digital asset management, and project management software is preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline and equivalent experience.
Knowledge : Experience managing digital content messaging across multiple platforms (CRM, Email, etc.). Deep understanding of all aspects marketing automation best practices.
Experience working within a project management system (Workfront experience a plus). Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency with MS office applications including Word, Excel and Power point. Healthcare experience a plus but not required.

Role Summary / Purpose :
Synchrony is looking for a flexible, driven, and entrepreneurial-minded marketer to help us grow our Specialty markets (cosmetic, hearing, and vision).
Ideal candidate will have strong marketing campaign management with agency account coordination experience.
This new role supports the Healthcare Client Marketing team and will execute and traffic omni-channel marketing campaigns with a digital first mindset.
This position will execute and traffic multiple campaigns with competing timelines for multiple team members and industries.
It will also support the team with strategic projects and administrative needs. This role will manage the departmental marketing budget, using excel is imperative.

Campaign execution & trafficking : manage multiple campaigns, across multiple channels with various timelines, balance and prioritize deliverables to meet business timelines and goals.

Client marketing support : execute and traffic client marketing campaigns and deliverables to support B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume, and other objectives.

Your Pay :
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
$82,600 - $156,400
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team.

Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, this role is accountable for supporting Marketing strategy and engagement for strategic accounts as well as supporting in the execution of strategic Marketing and business objectives.
This role will be adept at external customer and internal communications with strong branded storytelling, data analysis, and building strong collaborative partnerships with commercial stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
This role also leverages collaborative partnerships to integrate insights, product and packaging innovation, culinary inspiration to drive customer opportunities forward.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence up and across, and demonstrating a strong leadership voice are required to effectively manage annual objectives and meet business targets.
Job Description
- Implements the marketing communications strategy and tools across specific strategic customer accounts
- Develops and produces relevant customer activities and materials (ABM campaigns and virtual engagement, customer presentations, brochures, catalogues, training and resources, etc.

- Implements Lamb Weston participation in key customer show initiatives and industry events
- Directs and reviews the activities of outside agencies to develop tools, presentations, and merchandising materials
- Coordinates with agency to monitor implementation of planned communication activities offline and across digital & virtual platforms
- Communicates project progress and implications to sales, cross-functional partners, and other key stakeholders
- Understands New Product Development processes and Lamb Weston innovation planning, and makes decisions consistent with the direction of the innovation strategic plans
- Develops product comprehension within the Lamb Weston product portfolio
- Understands global and domestic foodservice dynamics and identify linkages and implications from research and understanding of brand, consumer, operator, distributor, market, and competitive landscape
- Follows Legal review processes to ensure Lamb Weston is appropriately protected from a legal perspective in external-facing sales materials and content
- Sources quotes and adheres to an allocated budget for execution, and ensures SAP compliance
- Other responsibilities as needed
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or a suitable combination of education and experience to meet position requirements and management expectations
- Demonstrated experience managing agencies and vendors for program execution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure the accuracy of all work
- Ability to use and apply a variety of technologies and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
with CRM use such as Salesforce a plus
- Highly detail-oriented
- Self-starter
- Up to 20% travel
