Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to provide hands-on support with email marketing and CRM operations.

This position supports the email channel in driving new customer conversion and retention, with a focus on optimizing metrics such as conversion rates, open and click rates.

In this role, you will work with the Leader of Lifecycle Marketing by participating in strategic development, execution and program management for all email campaigns.

The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas for campaign development, strength in performance data analysis, and the technical know-how to manage campaigns in various marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities include :

Campaign Management and Marketing Operations

Build and send emails using drag and drop builders in Braze, Emma

Build out Workflows for automated email campaigns and series’

Set up and manage A / B tests to optimize key conversion metrics

Participate in creative brainstorms and volunteer new messaging tactics

Support reporting and analysis of key performance metrics

Work with creative teams to develop and execute high quality campaigns and templates

Work cross functionally with dev teams to ensure data needs for targeting and segmenting campaigns are met

Required Qualifications :

3 - 5 years of email marketing experience

Knowledge of platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, Emma, etc.

Familiarity with writing queries within those platforms for targeting and segmentation of audiences

Experience managing automated email campaigns and workflows

Experience setting up A / B tests and reporting on test results

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile work environment - experience with start-ups a plus

Takes ownership over responsibilities and has a passion for growth marketing

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Unparalleled attention to detail

Compensation Range

Annual Salary : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
