The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the efforts of our center teams in the following ways : developing and executing marketing campaigns on social media;
provide training and guidance on social media platforms; ensure centers are leveraging the brand appropriately. This role will take the lead role in the stewardship of the Active Day brand across all channels.
Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator supports all internal and external communication initiatives.

1. Assist in the on-going development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
2. Build and maintain Active Day presence on social media, including direct oversight over company Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
3. Provide training and support to center teams on social media platforms to help them achieve their business goals.
4. Manage all Google Business listings for centers in all regions, monitoring reviews and updating content.
5. Ensure that content on all company websites in updated, relevant and current.
6. Support the rollout and implementation of monthly activity programming kits to all centers, including content development, internal communication and external marketing.
7. Ensure all materials meet brand standards, including signage, email signatures, marketing collaterals, etc.
8. Monitor reviews on Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, Google My Business, etc.
9. Collaborate with other departments on social media campaigns.
10. Stay current on related industry knowledge and trends through educational opportunities, publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
11. Live our Active Day values and Code of Conduct.

1. Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing and / or Communications.
2. 1-3 years of experience in managing social media platforms and web content.
3. Strong copy writing and communication skills.
4. Desire to take on new challenges, as well as strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
5. Able to create and maintain a positive, engaging and enthusiastic learning environment.
6. Able to define work objectives, develop related action plans, and track progress towards the successful achievement of defined goals and objectives.
7. Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, with experience in Adobe and InDesign a plus.
8. Work experience in a multi-site service organization, preferably in a healthcare related field.

Salary Range : The base salary range for this role is between $66,000 - $92,000 in New York City, the State of California and the State of Washington.
