Overview
This client is a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that specializes in providing better medications for patient use.
The Manufacturing Support Associate I is responsible for maintaining the production / packaging areas in an audit ready state by daily cleaning of area floors, walls and doors in addition to cleaning in process drums and supporting Manufacturing Operators during minor and major equipment and area cleans when needed.
Schedule :
Hours : Mon - Fri, 730AM 430PM scheduling may vary but still dayshift hours
Responsibilities :
- Clean production and packaging area floors, walls and doors
- Perform Daily, Weekly and monthly cleaning in Manufacturing according to SOPs
- Proficient with the uses of brooms, dust pans, mops, dusters, vacuums, cleaners, and disinfectants.
- Follows and enforces all SOPS and regulations in the Operations / Packaging areas
- Coordinating with Production Specialist for stocking of cleaning materials
- Clean process drums as needed
- Support operations on minor and major cleans as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High School Diploma and 0 - 3 years’ relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing, biotech or healthcare industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. What happens next :

Manufacturing quality
Position Description :
- Responsible for body interior components on F150 at Kansas City Assembly Plant
- Support plant on any Stop ships, campaigns, quality issues.
- Lead V03 - Seating and co-lead on V05 Restraints
- Early Claims Binning / re-binning, read claims, contact dealerships on parts, make HOT requests to ship parts to suppliers for root cause evaluation.
- Manage Quality project inputs, project health, and glidepaths.
- Provide part signoff's to support builds.
- Review and sign-off Supplier Request for Engineering Authorization.
- Support Plant Material Cost Reduction blitzes.
- Chair / support Chassis Variability Reduction Team meetings.
- Support First Time Through issue resolution at plant.
- Participate in Dearborn-based Vehicle Functional Group and Functional Quality Review meetings when on the agenda.
- Cooridnate / Support engineering change trials. Use the local supplier rep if available.

Description : T he Manufacturing Automation Manager increases output and decreases costs through continuous improvement of production and inventory control methods, flow, training, equipment performance, documentation and safety.
Qualifications :
- Five years of manufacturing management experience preferred.
- Four-year engineering degree from accredited school, preferably electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in automated surface mount assembly, solder reflow, In-circuit testing, automated functional testing, and automated material handling preferred.
- Good analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Sound judgment in prioritizing tasks, ability to work under pressure.
- Strong people skills, ability to influence others through direct and indirect means, work well with others to meet company goals.
- Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MRP II software as needed.

Responsibilities :
- Reviews and implements functional testing for products which includes, but not limited to, these tasks : fixture design, quotes and ordering, fixture assembly / troubleshooting while supporting manufacturing.
- Fully understands all manufacturing processes. Improves manufacturing efficiency through the elimination of waste. Propels growth of production output through significantly improved efficiency of equipment and personnel.
- Understands the role of capital equipment and tooling in meeting the company's goals. Makes recommendations for purchase, lease, modification, repair, and / or maintenance of equipment and tools in order to meet objectives.
- Understand production automation and assists with implementation of automation processes, line configuration updates and daily service and maintenance of test systems.
- Works with manufacturing to ensure smooth launch of new products to the manufacturing floor. Provides design for manufacturability (DFM) input to engineering at an early stage in product design so that new products are quicker and easier to manufacture.
- Assists in development of documentation for all processes and procedures. Ensures that any changes to manufacturing processes are properly documented and that documentation is kept up to date.
Maintains proper adherence to ISO, HAZMAT, and corporate standards at all times.
- Works cooperatively with DMP Engineering and Product Management to integrate new products and processes into manufacturing.
- Maintains organized test documents, product schematics and parts lists, revision upgrades, test fixture documentation, test software listings and revision history.

Summary - Manufacturing Estimator : We are seeking a versatile individual for a dual estimating and purchasing role for an EMPLOYEE-OWNED metal fabrication company in North KC.

Responsibility Summary - Manufacturing Estimator :
- Bid projects for clients based on knowledge of cost of goods and labor.
- Purchasing of materials and supplies including confirmation of order accuracy based upon purchase requisitions from clients
- Communicates directly with vendors and subcontractors to review, order, and confirm project purchasing needs are met
- Reviews, evaluates, and monitors purchase requisitions for proper authorization, job coding and cost coding prior to purchase order issuance
- Ensures all goods and services are acquired in a timely manner
- Negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
- Meets with and provides productive and proactive input to vendors and subcontractors regarding their performance as well as customer service
