Qualifications :

  • Over 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Maintenance or Property Management preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Gsuite for Business required
  • Experience with Propertyware is a huge plus
  • Good verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills
  • Strong people management, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, track / meet multiple deadlines.

  • Schedules and administers fleet maintenance assists in troubleshooting problems with equipment. Communicates availability of vehicles for service with dispatch and other operations personnel.

About the Maintenance Technician Role

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and / or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.
