What's a typical day as a Legal Service Specialist

You will :

  • Performs copying tasks
  • Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, and distributes & handles incoming / outgoing mail
  • Provides copier maintenance and repair of customer site equipment
  • Operate Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Setting up & breaking down meetings
  • Restocking & cleans kitchens
  • Assist with Mayor events in the firm
  • Handle packages and mail through FedEx, UPS, Messenger, & certified mail
  • Input work to TRAC, restock paper, change toner & trouble shoot copiers & printers

Requirements :

  • Requires high school diploma, GED
  • 1 2 years of experience in customer facing environment
  • Experience in hospitality required
  • Experience in legal industry required
  • Ability to lift up 50lbs.
  • Self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment - copier, scanner and fax machine
