We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players with a client focus and demonstrated success in the digital marketing space to work on our growing RENTCafe Reach Team!

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, efficient responses, and timely deliverables
• Consult with key strategic partners to understand client needs and provide solutions that fit within the RENT Café platform
• Manage multiple design projects, keep projects on track, hold clients to delivery deadlines, and communicate timelines and limitations
• Perform quality assurance and confirms project deliverables meet client expectations
• Ensure projects are within the scope of the RENT Café platform, keep clients informed of updates, changes, and timeline
• Effectively communicate client's needs and vision to minimizes TR requests and achieve timely deliverables
• Provide product training, consult clients on available marketing features, and advise clients on marketing best practices
• Work collaboratively with Yardi's design team, leading project, delegating tasks, and delivering project pieces
• Help with quality assurance testing of new features and marketing issues as they arise; provide thorough documentation of research to help uncover underlying issues
• Actively share knowledge with team members to contribute to team's overall growth

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years' digital marketing experience
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS techniques
• Solid understanding of design and branding principles
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven team player with a desire to contribute to growth of the group's knowledge
• Ability to communicate across teams in a friendly and cooperative manner
• Excellent project management skills with design projects
• Excellent consultation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing best practices and social media
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
• Proficiency with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram
• Knowledge of current content management systems
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving skills

What would be helpful to have

• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of UI / UX
• Knowledge of Google Sheets

We are looking for highly motivated, team players who are passionate about sales to help us crush our sales goals for Yardi's Commercial Investment Management products!

What you will do

• Use your expertise to heavily prospect, research, identify and qualify sales opportunities for an assignment territory
• Identify and develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and develops a deep understanding of the business needs for every prospect or client assigned
• Execute full sales cycles, including lead-generation; discovery and goal-setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFP management;

contract negotiating; licensing files and closing

• Utilize internal CRM diligently, entering new prospects, recording all client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts per training guidelines
• Participate in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems and our products / services
• Review individual account and pipeline reports weekly, performance reports monthly, and meets with management monthly to verify proper execution of sales strategy within the assigned territory
• Complete annual certifications for assigned products per training guidelines
• Expand product knowledge and demonstration skills by presenting solutions to prospects
• Be part of a great team, collaborate on regular basis, and meet and exceed sales goals!

What you need to have

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
• Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning;

proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure

• Demonstrated record of generating sales results in the technology / software industry
• Prior experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect / client activity
• Ability to interface with all levels within the client organization to include individual properties, large portfolios, and other senior leadership and large to mid-sized companies
• Ability to effectively execute sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques
• High internal motivation and proactive approach to work
• Proactive, engaging personality and ability to effective present
• Ability to learn new concepts and understand technical products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to utilize corporate sales tools and complete ongoing training
• High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry)
• Understanding of the real estate investment industry and the business of managing such portfolios and properties
• Educational background or experience with accounting principles
