Salary : $60,000 - $65,000

Shift : starts at 8am Must have Saturday availability

General Purpose

This working Assistant Manager is expected to meet and exceed set targets through managing their customers, driving operational performance, and developing a world class team with world class quality.

This position is a premier role within the organization, as the supervisor supports the daily operations and business of a distribution center.

Safety

• Observe and follow health and safety regulations
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures
• Maintain detailed records of safety incidents
• Assign designated safety personnel
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Minimum Requirements

• Have worked in a warehouse environment at a Manager level
• Utilized a WMS extensively
• P&L Management Experience
• Have worked with figures and understand basic mathematics needed for reporting, analysis, and differentiation purposes.
• Manage your time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities
• Have managed a large team of people across multiple shifts
• Have knowledge of workforce management and industry best practices
